I provide practical and strategic advice and support to companies in both the public and private sectors to help them make informed decisions in accordance with applicable (International) Contract Law and Commercial Law, both from a Dutch perspective as well as from an International side, and best practices.
This can be provided in my capacity as expert in the field of International Contract Law, with a specialization in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts. Such as SPA ("Share Purchase Agreement"), SLA ("Service Level Agreement"), SA ("Service Agreement"), License Agreements, Sublicense Agreements, Feedback Agreements, NDA ("Non disclosure Agreement"), MA ("Management Agreement"), LOI ("Letter of Intent"), HOT ("Head of Terms"), JVA ("Joint Venture Agreement"), Loan Agreement, Indemnity Agreement, Settlement Agreement and many more.
I have also succesfully managed and supervised several international M&A projects, whilst securing the stakes of the shareholders.
In addition, I have also experience with Labour Law, more specifically hiring, dismissals and company cultures.
